Privacy Policy

We collect only what your account, your licences and your purchases need. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, your email and a securely hashed password. We never see your password itself.
• Your computers: for each computer you activate, a code derived from its hardware, the name you gave it and its operating system, so we can count your licence seats.
• Your purchases: what you bought or redeemed, when, and the amount. Card and billing details go to Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, and never reach us.
• Emails we send you: account confirmation and important messages about your account.

Who helps us

• Lemon Squeezy processes payments, taxes and refunds as the Merchant of Record. To do that it receives your name, email, billing address and payment details, and its own privacy policy applies to them.
• Cloudflare hosts the site, the Hub's server and the plugin downloads.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Google Fonts serves the site's font, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The site keeps your sign-in in your browser's local storage, and the Hub keeps it on your computer, only so you stay signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you have it. Purchase records may be kept longer where tax law requires. When your account is deleted, your personal data is deleted from our systems.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. Write to support@yukodsp.com from the email of your account.

Children

YukoDSP is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too, and we will email you about anything important.
