These terms cover yukodsp.com, your YukoDSP account, the YukoDSP Hub app and every YukoDSP plugin. By creating an account, buying or installing a plugin, you agree to them.

Who we are

YukoDSP is an audio plugin studio run by MICKEY BEAR. You can reach us at support@yukodsp.com.

Buying

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy adds sales tax or VAT where your country requires it, and shows the final price before you pay. Your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy by email.

Your account

• You need a YukoDSP account to buy, redeem codes and install plugins. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Your purchases are tied to your account, not to one computer.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing licences or reselling codes.

Your licence

• Plugins are licensed, not sold. A licence lets you, one person, use the plugin on up to 3 computers at a time, for personal and commercial music work. Music you make with our plugins is yours.
• You can move a licence to another computer by freeing a seat in the Hub or on your account page.
• You may not share, rent, resell or transfer a licence, or copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the plugins or the Hub.
• The Hub installs and updates plugins and keeps a licence file on each computer. Plugins check it without the internet; the Hub renews it at least every 30 days when you are online.

Codes and discounts

Gift and discount codes work once, may expire and have no cash value. A discount code applies only to the product it was made for.

Updates

Updates for the plugin version you own are free and arrive through the Hub. We may change or stop selling a plugin; what you already own keeps working on the systems it supports.

No warranty

We work hard on our plugins, but they are provided as they are. Check that a plugin runs well in your setup before you rely on it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost work or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the plugin.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change matters, we will tell you by email.
