Refund Policy

If a plugin isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask

Write to support@yukodsp.com with the email you bought with and your order number, from Lemon Squeezy's receipt or your account page. You can also reply to the receipt email, or find your order at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.

What happens next

• Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, returns the money to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• The plugin's licence leaves your account, and the plugin stops working on your computers.

After 14 days

We can't refund purchases older than 14 days, except where the law in your country says otherwise. If something doesn't work, write to us anyway: we would rather fix it.

Free and discounted codes

Plugins received with a free code can't be refunded, as nothing was paid. A purchase made with a discount code is refunded for the amount you paid.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
